Buying your first property can be exiting and daunting at the same time. A good thing to keep in mind is why you're buying it. Do you want to spend many years there and really make the place your own, or is it just a place where you plan to invest and make a profit in a short amount of time?

Buying a home is more than just putting down some cash every month so you can have a place to live, you are now the to be owner of something that could be worth many thousands of euros/dollars whatever currency is applicable. So be mindful of where you buy, what you buy (get it inspected by specialist in building if need be) and make sure that the balance between the amount of money that you put into it every month and your earning potential is in check.
What A Milestone
If you are in a position to buy your first home, that is definitely something to be proud of! So keep doing what you're doing, and make sure that you read up on things that are still a bit of a mystery.
