Feeling Better During A Dip

Like said in my last blog post, life can hand you surprises. Ups and downs. A lot has been said on the internet and in other spaces on how to feel better when you find yourself in a position like that. 



I’m just going to speak from my experience and the things that I’m going through right now and what I learned from them. 


Nr 1. Sit with it. 

Don’t try to run away from your problems. It may be harder than it seems, but it’s worth it. 


Nr 2. Find the fun.

Find the fun in your situation. No matter what it is that you’re going through, there is always something fun to find in it. Whether you have more free time on your hands, or find yourself in a space you’ve never been to before, find the fun in it. 


Nr 3. Find your friends.

Never forget to keep in touch with the friends that care about you in times of need and in good times too.
