Hi guys! As you might be able to tell, I haven't been feeling up to speed lately and been doing all the work that I used to do.

But we're slowly getting better! Yay.. time to get up and write again. I will figure out some topics to write about and keep you guys posted.
In the meantime, here are some tips for when it gets better.
Take your time
Even though you have the energy now to start again, don't rush back into things. Take it slowly. That will give you the time to reflect on what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.
One step at a time
Even if at the beginning you just do very little, it's better than doing nothing at all. So take baby steps and build up from there.
Enjoy the process
Enjoy the process of getting back up on your feet. Take in the moment and be present for what is happening! You're getting better and that is great news!
